I called at like 7:00 a.m. after calling a bunch of other places that couldn't help me or wouldn't even answer. And Anthony answered! I needed to be at work by 9:00 and I explained this to Anthony and he is so awesome he made it here with an hour to spare before I have to go to work. Anthony was very quick in getting to our location and was very friendly and professional in taking care of our lockout problem. I'm happy to recommend using this company.

Kent did a fabulous job, arriving at the end of his work day, to help us with our door lock dilemma. We live in Venice. The old lock couldn't be removed by us, due to a very stripped screw and the angle it was at. Kent was able to remove it with several tools, including delicate sawing. Finally it was removed and then he installed our new door knob/lock and the dead lock as well. He was pleasant and competent, and the charge was very fair! We'd highly recommend Safe & Lock.
